Blair Construction & Home Improvement

Steve and his team did an amazing job on our custom island and vent hood this summer. We brought them back to build a mantel and built-in bookcase in our living room. 5/5 stars!

Recommend this company 100%. They do quality work and it was done on time. All the employees are great to work with.

Beautiful work, completed in a very short amount of time! Love our new fireplace mantle!

Wow! Quality craftsmanship and customer service. Steve was able to take my ideas and make it come to life better than I imagined. We are so impressed by his work. He was easy to work with and very professional. The end product was beautiful!!! I highly recommend using Blair Construction for your next house project!

We used Blair Construction to install built in bookcases/cabinets/drawers for our home office. Steve was great to work with. We worked through several different versions of the design with him before we finalized it. We checked out their workshop in person which was helpful to see the quality of their products and how everything comes together. We could not be happier with the end product. Steve’s attention to detail really enhanced our experience, as he matched our existing crown molding perfectly, and even mounted some of our electronic devices inside a cabinet to free up drawer space. He was communicative throughout the process and kept us updated. Highly recommend Steve and his crew.

Highly recommend!

Steve Blair is the Best beyond Best! When he builds he is on the job making sure his crew is on top of the task at hand! A very persise builder and if there is a problem with the plans he will address it with the homeowner! I can't say enough about Steve and his workers. Nothing goes unnoticed and he will deliver the best product for the homeowner Guaranteed!

Great carpenter and guy!!!!

Although I have not had Steve build anything specifically for me, I have worked with him on numerous occasions as a contractor for some of my residential designs. I can assure u he is a top notch contractor who pays attention to detail and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend his company for any construction work, especially custom work.

Steve remodeled our lower level wet bar and rebuilt our staircase. I'm very pleased with how both projects turned out and would recommend him.

Had some hard to match cabinets made and a few customized before repainting our kitchen. Steve was great to work with and Lucky did a great job installing! Would definitely use them again in the future!

We are very happy with the custom bunk beds Steve and his team built for us. They were honest, timely, creative and did quality work we will enjoy for years to come. Highly recommend.

We were extremely fortunate to have been referred to Blair Construction by our architect. Steve and his crew handled all the framing and carpentry for our sizable home addition. We could not be more pleased with how things went with their portion of the project and the quality of their work. We acted as our own general contractor and having Steve and his crew on board made a world of difference in the success of our project. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to refer Blair Construction or hire them again for our next project.

I have used Blair Construction on a number of occasions for both remodel and custom cabinet work. The craftsmanship is unsurpassed and the materials and finish are of the finest quality. Give Steve a call. You won't be disappointed! Just an FYI, even thought the names are the same (Blair) we are not related.

Excellent workmanship, excellent leadership! Very happy to use Blair on our jobs!

I've known Steve for over 20 years. He has worked on two of our homes which resulted in a beautiful, completed job. We highly recommend.

Blair Construction built my family a beautiful home that I feel safe in, and believe will still be standing strong many many years from now! I highly recommend!
